Refund Policy

At Hey Carter, we take pride in the creative process and every custom design we deliver.
Hey Carter is a registered trading name of JX Group & Co Pty Ltd (ABN 77 691 604 485), based in Sydney, Australia.
All transactions and refunds are processed through this entity. Because our services involve time, skill, and creative expertise, we have the following refund policy:
1. Services
All service deposits and completed design work are non-refundable.
Once a project begins, time and resources are allocated specifically to your brand - therefore refunds cannot be issued.
If you decide to cancel before work has started, please contact us within 24 hours of payment for review.
2. Gift Cards
Hey Carter Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash, or transferred.
They can only be applied toward Hey Carter design services.
3. Digital Products
Digital templates, downloads, or brand kits are non-refundable once delivered due to their instant-access nature.
If you experience a download issue, please contact us so we can assist.
4. Service Quality Issues
If you believe there has been a mistake or issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days at hello@heycarter.com.au.
We’ll review the situation and work with you to find a fair solution.
