Hey Carter is a registered trading name of JX Group & Co Pty Ltd (ABN 77 691 604 485), based in Sydney, Australia. All contracts and payments are managed under this entity.
Please read them carefully before engaging with our site or purchasing any product or service.
1. Services
Hey Carter provides creative design services including, but not limited to, brand direction, brand identity, packaging, social media collateral, and website design.
Service details, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in written proposals or the descriptions on our website.
2. Payments
All services and products must be paid for in advance unless otherwise specified.
Payments are processed securely via Squarespace, Stripe, or PayPal.
Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred for cash.
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Once the final payment is received, you (the client) own the rights to the final design files delivered to you.
Hey Carter retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, website, or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All concepts, drafts, and unused design elements remain the property of Hey Carter.
4. Revisions and Deliverables
Each service includes a set number of revisions as detailed in your proposal or service description.
Additional revisions or requests outside the original scope may incur additional costs.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we take care to ensure accuracy and quality, Hey Carter is not liable for:
Losses resulting from third-party platforms (e.g., Squarespace, Canva, printers)
Delays caused by incomplete client feedback or approval
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
